Short version: this site is mostly static pages. We collect the minimum needed to run the newsletter and answer email, and we don't sell it to anyone, ever.
Pages are served as static files from Cloudflare's network. We do not run third-party analytics on this site. Cloudflare may process standard request logs (IP, user agent, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention under its own privacy terms.
If you subscribe, we store your email address and subscription status with our email provider, solely to send you the newsletter. Unsubscribe links are in every issue; unsubscribing deletes the address from active lists.
Merchant diagnostic and monitoring engagements store business contact information and test results for delivery and billing. Client test data is never published in identifiable form without written permission — public reports cite categories and anonymized aggregates.
We operate aibuy.org (this site, global) and aibuy.org.cn (China market) as separate operations. Personal data collected by the China site is stored and processed in China in line with PIPL; this site's data is processed outside China in line with GDPR for EU visitors. We do not merge personal data across the two sites.
Published reports quote AI assistant outputs and public product information. Prompt logs may include model version strings and timestamps; they never include other users' personal data, because our test prompts are written by us.
Access, correction, deletion: email hello@aibuy.org from the address in question, and we respond within 30 days. EU visitors have GDPR rights including complaint to a supervisory authority; China-site users have PIPL rights via the China site's channels.
Material changes to this policy are dated and announced on this page before taking effect.
